Chase'n a Mason 5K and 2-Mile Walk
October 22, 2011, Turner Falls, Mass.
The Chase'n A Mason 5K and 2-mile walk starts at the Masonic Lodge on Masonic Street, off Montague City Road in Turners Falls. The course will run on the new Turners Falls bike path along the waterways of town. Each participant receives an imprinted beer glass. Age-group and overall awards will be presented for the 5K race.
Proceeds benefit the Harmony Lodge Charities, which includes a food bank, summer camp scholarships for special needs children, and the Wetland Outdoor Classroom.
Starting time: 9:30 a.m. for walk; 10 a.m. for 5K.
Cost: $17 for 5K or $12 for walk.
